At DrivenConnect, our mission is to build the world's largest transport marketplace.
Our journey began within the transport industry, where our team manage large public bus services and private commuter shuttles across the UK. Through these experiences, we encountered a significant challenge: finding quality operators to run these services efficiently. Hours were spent calling and emailing operators to secure the best prices and quality vehicles, each with specific requirements. There had to be a better way.
With a robust database of operators at our disposal, we envisioned a platform that could streamline this process. DrivenConnect was born out of this vision. We created a system that sends quote requests to all our operators simultaneously, making it easier to find the best options without the hassle.
Our innovation didn't go unnoticed. A University approached us to create a customised version of the platform to suit their needs. We embarked on a six-month co-creation project with them and eventually ten other universities of varying sizes and locations across the UK. By understanding their transport booking processes and incorporating their feedback, we developed new features tailored to their requirements.

With the successful launch of our platform, we expanded our reach. We began collaborating with staffing agencies that supply staff for sporting events across the country. Soon, event providers joined our growing list of clients. Seeing the demand, we extended our services to individuals planning weddings and all kinds of other events.
Today, DrivenConnect proudly serves over 30 organisations with business accounts and handles hundreds of bookings from individuals each month.
